Terms of Service
Terms governing the use of games and related services provided by WK Company.
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and Members in connection with the use of games, communities, and related services (hereinafter "Game Services") provided by WK Company via PC, mobile devices, and other platforms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
"Company": The business entity providing Game Services via PC online or terminal devices
"Member": A person who agrees to these Terms and is granted the right to use Game Services
"Game Services": Games, streaming-linked apps, communities, and all ancillary services provided by the Company
"Account (ID)": A combination of characters, numbers, or special characters assigned for member identification and service use
"Paid Content": Game currency, items, package products, etc. purchased from the Company for a fee
"Open Market Operator": E-commerce entities providing game installation and payment functions (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, One Store, Galaxy Store)
"Minor": A person under the age of 19 under civil law
Article 3 (Provision of Company Information)
The Company shall post its trade name, representative's name, business address, phone number, business registration number, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service on the initial screen of each game service homepage so that Members can easily access this information.
Article 4 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)
The Company shall notify Members of these Terms through the homepage or linked screens.
Changes to the Terms will be announced 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to Members). Failure to express objection by the effective date will be deemed as consent to the amended Terms.
Article 5 (Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
Article 6 (Operating Policy)
The Company may establish Game Service Operating Policies ("Operating Policy") for the application of these Terms, protection of Members' rights and interests, and maintenance of in-game order, and shall notify Members by posting them on each game service homepage.
Chapter 2. Conclusion of Service Agreement
Article 7 (Application for and Method of Use)
Persons wishing to use Game Services must apply (including membership registration and guest account creation) through the procedures provided by the Company on each game's homepage or platform. Applicants must provide their real name and accurate information; false information forfeits membership rights.
When a minor applies for membership, consent from a legal guardian may be required, and service hours and scope may be restricted in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 8 (Acceptance and Restriction of Applications)
The Company shall accept applications where Members provide accurate real names and information, absent reasonable grounds for refusal. The Company may refuse or defer acceptance in the following cases.
False information or identity theft
A minor applying for a service not available to minors
Having a service restriction record within the past 3 months
Unauthorized use of another person's payment method
Applying with the intent to engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law
Article 9 (Special Rules for Cross-Platform Games)
In cross-platform games, the results of registration, withdrawal, account linking, service restriction, termination, and payment on one platform will also affect other platforms.
Article 10 (Member Account and Password)
Members must manage their account information with the care of a prudent manager. Members are responsible for damages arising from negligent management of account information or granting use to third parties. Password management is the Member's responsibility and can be changed at any time for security reasons.
Article 11 (Provision and Change of Member Information)
Members must provide truthful information and will not be protected against disadvantages resulting from false information. Members must update their information online or notify the Company of changes; the Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to notify.
Article 12 (Protection and Management of Personal Information)
The Company endeavors to protect Members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and separately publishes a Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for account information exposed due to the Member's own fault.
Chapter 3. Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 13 (Company's Obligations)
The Company shall comply with applicable laws and faithfully exercise rights and fulfill obligations under these Terms. It shall maintain security systems for personal information protection, publish and adhere to its Privacy Policy, and make best efforts to provide continuous and stable Game Services.
Article 14 (Member's Obligations and Consultation Method)
Members must not engage in the following acts.
Providing false information in applications or changes
Misappropriating another person's information
Impersonating Company employees or operators
Transmitting or posting information prohibited by the Company
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
Publishing or posting obscene or violent information
Disposing of game data for monetary gain or using it in speculative or unsound ways
Using Game Services for commercial, advertising, or political purposes without Company consent
Exploiting program bugs
Acts prohibited by law or not permitted by sound social norms
If a Member engages in verbal abuse, profanity, or sexual harassment toward customer service staff, the Company may immediately refuse consultation and block the Member's consultation requests.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Abnormal Transactions)
Members must not transfer or acquire items, currency, accounts, or characters through methods not recognized by the Company. Items obtained through serious violations such as hacking, theft, operation of farming sites, use of macros, or withdrawal abuse must not be transferred to other Members through any means.
The Company has comprehensive authority over the creation, modification, maintenance, and repair of Game Service content. Services may be temporarily suspended due to equipment inspection, response to hacking, natural disasters, or business necessity. If a paid service is suspended for more than 4 hours per day due to the Company's fault, the service period will be extended by 3 times the suspension period at no charge.
Article 20 (Service Products and Payment)
The Company provides both free and paid content. Payments through external platforms or open market operators are subject to those operators' policies; the Company is not responsible for differences in charged amounts due to exchange rates or fees, absent gross negligence.
Minors under 19 years of age require consent from a legal guardian to purchase paid content. Purchases made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or their legal guardian.
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in content created by the Company within Game Services belong to the Company. The Company may use content posted by Members in communities within the scope of service operation, but will not use it commercially without the Member's explicit consent. The Company may close communities without prior notice for service operation or business reasons.
Chapter 5. Withdrawal, Termination, and Service Restriction
Article 27 (Withdrawal of Subscription)
Members may withdraw their subscription for Paid Content purchased directly within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date the content becomes available.
Withdrawal is restricted in the following cases.
Content lost or damaged due to the Member's fault
Content used or applied immediately upon purchase
After opening capsule-type or probability-based paid content
After the Member has begun using the paid content
If the content differs from its advertised description, withdrawal is available within 3 months from the purchase date or within 30 days from the date the discrepancy was or could have been known.
Article 28 (Effects of Withdrawal)
Upon withdrawal, the Company shall promptly recover or delete the paid content and process a payment cancellation or refund within 3 business days. No separate fee will be charged, and refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Article 29 (Withdrawal Abuse)
It is prohibited to withdraw a subscription after consuming or using purchased items or paid content. Such conduct may constitute fraud under criminal law, and the Company may immediately file a complaint with the relevant investigative authorities.
Articles 30–35 (Termination and Service Restriction)
Members may apply for termination of the service agreement at any time, and the Company shall process it without delay. If a Member violates obligations under these Terms or interferes with normal service operations, the Company may impose graduated measures including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent service restriction, or may immediately terminate the service agreement depending on the circumstances.
If a Member objects to a service restriction measure, an opportunity to appeal through the designated objection procedure will be provided.
Chapter 6. Damages and Miscellaneous
Damages and Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of free Game Services (except for damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligent acts). The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, service interruptions by telecommunications providers, or insurmountable technical defects.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
For e-commerce disputes between the Company and Members, the Company may follow the mediation of a dispute resolution body referred by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or the relevant metropolitan/provincial governor. Litigation related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office.
These Terms of Service are effective as of March 20, 2026.

Withdrawal of Subscription
① Withdrawal Period
Members may withdraw their subscription for Paid Content purchased directly within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date the content becomes available.
② Purchases via Open Market
For purchases made through an open market operator, withdrawal requests must be submitted to the Company's customer service center. The scope and procedure of withdrawal are governed by the respective open market operator's policies, terms of service, and operating policies.
④ Cases Where Withdrawal is Not Permitted
Content lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the Member
When the value of paid content has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the Member
Content used or applied immediately upon purchase
Content where additional benefits provided have been used
Content where opening constitutes use or determines value (including capsule-type and probability-based content)
When the value has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult over time
When the Member has begun using the paid content (moving content from storage is deemed as commencement of use)
Other cases prescribed by law for transaction safety
Special Rule for Discrepancy with Advertisement or Contract If the paid content differs from its advertised or contracted description, withdrawal is available within 3 months of purchase or 30 days of discovering the discrepancy.
⑧ How to Apply and Required Documents
Withdrawal and refund are processed through the Company's customer center after a separate personal information consent and purchase record verification. The Company may request the following supporting documents to confirm legitimate withdrawal grounds.
Personal information registered with the platform operator
Purchase or payment records from the open market operator
Documents confirming the purchase was made through another person (e.g., family relations certificate)
Article 28
Effects of Withdrawal
Content Handling
Upon withdrawal, the Company shall promptly recover or delete the Member's paid content.
Refund Period
Payment cancellation or refund is processed within 3 business days from the date of withdrawal.
Fees
No separate fees are charged for cancellation or refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No Penalty
The Company may not claim a penalty or damages from the Member as a reason for the withdrawal.
If payment was made by credit card or other payment methods specified under the Enforcement Decree of the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Company shall promptly request the relevant payment provider to suspend or cancel the charge.
⑤ Restriction on Withdrawal
Withdrawal may be restricted if the service agreement is terminated due to the Member's fault, such as violations of applicable law or these Terms.
SUPPLEMENTARY
Supplementary Provisions & Customer Center
The withdrawal policy pursuant to the Terms of Service is effective as of the date the Terms of Service take effect.
